Shanghai Shuode Building Materials Co., Ltd. was established in 2000, making it one of the earliest domestic manufacturers of polyurethane foam sealants. In 2015, Shandong Shuode Chemical Technology Co., Ltd. was founded, featuring a state-of-the-art, automated production base covering 50,000 square meters. The company boasts an annual production capacity of 80 million cans of foam sealant and 60 million cans of automotive care products and aerosol paints, positioning it as a large-scale manufacturer within the domestic industry.
Shuode has focused on the foam sealant industry for 20 years and is a pioneer in "pre-expansion" technology. In 2005, the company launched an innovative pre-expansion technology that delivers exceptionally high yield (extended linear meterage), leading the development of the entire industry. Simultaneously, the company has diversified its portfolio by independently developing silicone sealants, nail-free adhesives, and "True Ceramic" (epoxy-based) grout products. The company holds ISO 9001 Quality Management System and ISO 14001 Environmental Management System certifications, as well as CE certification, French A+ certification, and compliance with 219 EU REACH standards. It is also recognized as a "3.15 Integrity Enterprise," a CCTV-featured enterprise, and a High-Tech Enterprise.

Currently, Shuode products are exported to over 50 countries and regions worldwide, supported by a network of more than 20 overseas agents. Jiangsu Zhangjiagang Kaiyuan Chemical Co., Ltd. was established, becoming one of the earliest domestic manufacturers of polyurethane foam sealants.

Shanghai Shuode Building Materials Co., Ltd. was established; based in Shanghai, the company expanded its reach to the national market and, in the same year, became the first enterprise in the industry to achieve ISO 9001 quality management system certification.

As the only enterprise in the industry to do so, the company successfully exhibited at the Private Enterprise Pavilion of the Shanghai World Expo, showcasing its high-end product series—characterized by pre-expansion, high expansion rates, and low shrinkage—to visitors from around the world.

To meet the company's growth needs, a new production base was established in the Tancheng Chemical Industrial Park in Linyi, Shandong. Covering an area of approximately 50,000 square meters, the facility has an annual production capacity of 80 million cans of spray foam and approximately 60 million cans of automotive care products and aerosol paints, laying the foundation for a global footprint.
